On a slab terrace laid on Vérindalpedestals, edge slabs need suitable support. The slab plate is placed on the head of the pedestal and gives the slab a clean seat.

It is used along a wall to support the slab placed against the wall, as well as on the edges and corners of the terrace, to create the side finishes with cladding.

Slab thickness: 2 cm minimum

Slab plates and fixing kits are designed for slabs at least 2 cm thick. The plate adds approximately 13 mm of height on the pedestal head: remember to include it in your calculation.
