Advantages of the Weasyfix 550 mm foundation pile
Time-saving installation: Installation does not require pouring concrete. This is a valuable time saver for both the installation and the cleanup, leaving your garden intact even after the work is completed.
No digging required: There is no need to dig to place the screw; you simply drive it into the ground using the Weasylectric electric bolt driver.
Continuous workflow: Once the screw is in the ground, the installation of the structure can begin immediately.
Eco-friendly: The wood terrace foundation screw is durable, ecological, and neutral for the soil in accordance with the DIN EN 18300 standard.
Installation steps for a terrace foundation screw
Only three steps are needed to install the terrace foundation screw. The installation of each pile can be entirely completed by a single person by following these steps:
To ensure proper placement of the foundation screw, make a pre-hole of 50 to 70 mm in diameter. The depth of the pre-hole should be slightly less than the intended insertion depth of the screw.
Engage the screw by hand, then place the driving head on the screw using the bolt intended for this purpose. This must be locked to crush the compression washer.
To have a stable and level terrace foundation, place the Weasylectric on the driving head. Thanks to the integrated level on the tool, you can monitor the positioning of the screw. Once the desired depth is reached, lift the machine and unscrew the driving head. You are all set!
