Merchandise Return: Procedure and Conditions

At Plots Discount, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it by following our simple and fast procedure.

1. Return Conditions

Right of Withdrawal - Return within 14 Days

According to French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The following conditions apply:

Return the entire order in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Full refund (products + delivery fees)

Return after 14 Days - Up to 90 Days

If you wish to return part or all of your order after 14 days, you have up to 90 days from receipt to do so.

Products must be complete, clean, and unused, otherwise no refund will be made
The refund excludes delivery fees and €14.90 VAT handling fee will be deducted.

2. How to Make a Return?

A) Complete the Return Form

Download and fill out the return form with all required information. Without it, your return cannot be processed.

B) Prepare the Package

Insert the duly completed form into each returned package;
Write your name and package number on top of the box (e.g., 1/2 and 2/2 if multiple packages);
Do not mix different items in the same package.

C) Send Your Return

Ship your package to the following address:

Note: returns without the form or not following these instructions cannot be processed.

3. Refund

Once your return is received and checked by our team, we process the refund within 14 days;
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If necessary, provide your bank details;
If the conditions are not met (incomplete, dirty, or used product), no refund will be made.
