With its deep texture and neutral colors, Glocal tiles are ideal to be used on terraces on pedestals to extend a contemporary interior. Each tile measures 80 x 80 cm and 20 mm thick, this Glocal ceramic tile is perfect to be used in an exceptional outdoor terrace.

Mirage porcelain stoneware tiles for terrace

Mirage outdoor tiles are made of porcelain stoneware, a noble material that's a blend of the purest minerals, kaolinite, feldspars, and clay, and is enhanced with natural colors to make Mirage tiles look stunning. These materials are compacted without adding any glue or resin. Really natural, Mirage porcelain stoneware tiles are also ecological! No varnish or resin or chemical waterproofing agents.


These through body tiles are of high quality, robust, and aesthetically pleasing. Porcelain stoneware is resistant and impervious to acids, dirt, and frost. These tiles are also slip-resistant, abrasion and shock-resistant.


They comply with the EN14411 and ISO13006 standards, porcelain stoneware slabs are high quality slabs. Method to install them on terrace pedestal

To lay your outdoor porcelain stoneware tiles on pedestals, it's simple! Start by laying the pedestals on the ground and then lay the tiles on them. Pro tip: before laying your slabs, place a vibration buffer on the head of the pedestals.

You are not forced to use it, but this accessory reduces vibrations and noise. Creating thus a calm and aesthetic space.

 
The steps of installation a terrace on pedestals

The installation of a terrace on a pedestal is the easiest and quickest method to set up: follow the assembly steps and build your terrace in less than 3 days!

 

step 1Determine the required spacing, place the pedestals on the ground, adjust them and check everything with a spirit level.

step Once the installation is level, place the tiles on the head of the pedestals.

step 3Then adjust the height of the pedestals and check everything one last time with a spirit level.

step 4Finally, make the cuts to close the terrace laterally.
