Installation tips

• Surface preparation: Clear the area of sharp rocks and large roots before laying the fabric to ensure the best contact with the soil.

• Overlapping: When joining two pieces of fabric, ensure an overlap of at least 20 cm to prevent soil or weeds from passing through the joints.

• Fastening: Secure the fabric with ground staples or U-shaped pins to keep it in place during the backfilling process.

• UV protection: To preserve its mechanical properties, the geotextile should be covered with gravel, sand, or slabs within 48 hours of installation.

• Pedestal terraces: Lay the fabric over the entire surface before positioning your concrete stabilizing slabs or terrace pedestals for maximum stability.

Note: This 100g/m2 geotextile is specifically designed for separation and filtration in standard landscaping projects. For areas subject to heavy vehicle traffic, higher grammage fabrics may be required.
